Stash Report Sunday #11

Busy week-end!  Most of Friday was spent enjoying National Quilt Day Week-End, as well as Saturday and I’m hoping today, too.  I finished quilting Easy Street and the binding is on but not stitched down.  That’s going to take a while.

I did finish (need a trumpet sound here!) two Project Linus quilts.

PL Monkey Wrench and moreMy picture is  not showing the speckled background,  the blocks are Kona Cotton.  I was just having fun piecing in January.

TripsOn the right is a Many Trips from Bonnie Hunter’s Quiltville.  I pulled a bunch of bright 2 1/2 inch strips and started grouping them.  That’s the hardest part for me….which 6 strips look the best together!?!

So, on to the numbers:

Week 11

Acquired this week……..0.0 yards

Acquired year to date….70.5 yards

Used this week……8.25 yards

Used year to date…..23.00yards

Stashed 47.50yards  finally!!! it is dropping

I have more near the finish line, too!  Another Project Linus and Easy street are in the que for hand work.   There are more Stash Reports at Judy’s.

  1. What beautiful quilts. The project Linus is fantastic and the colors are cheerful. I can’t wait to see your Easy Street. The idea for Many Trips was a great one and the quilt turned out fabulous.

  2. Karen says:

Great Project Linus quilts. They are very colorful and will be loved.
